Refund & Billing Policy

This Refund & Billing Policy explains how billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds work for paid OSRMRoute plans offered by MAMMADOFF AGENCY LLC (“OSRMRoute”). It forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service.
1. Merchant of Record
Payments for paid plans are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates (“Paddle”), which acts as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase: Paddle appears on your statement, charges your payment method, determines, collects and remits applicable taxes, and issues your invoice; OSRMRoute provides the Service. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. Refunds are handled by Paddle on our instruction, and can be requested from us or via the receipt Paddle emailed you.
2. Free plan — no automatic charges
Every account includes a free plan with a daily quota so you can evaluate the Service before you pay. The free plan does not convert to a paid plan automatically and requires no payment method. You are charged only if you actively choose and confirm a paid plan at checkout.
3. Subscriptions, billing cycle and auto-renewal
Recurring subscriptions are billed in advance for the term selected at checkout and renew until cancelled. Review Paddle’s checkout disclosure of the price, frequency and cancellation terms before confirming a subscription. A separate prepaid credit purchase is not itself a recurring subscription; automatic top-ups require a separate opt-in. This Policy does not assume that an unverified checkout consent waives mandatory consumer rights.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or the Paddle receipt — cancelling is at least as easy as subscribing, with no retention gauntlet. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features through the end of the current paid period, after which the applicable plan depends on remaining purchased credits and account entitlement. Except where required by law, we do not pro-rate or refund the unused portion of the current period.
5. Pricing and price changes
Plan prices are shown on our pricing page. We may change prices for future renewals; where we do, we will give you reasonable advance notice (at least 30 days) before the change takes effect on your next renewal, and you may cancel before then if you do not agree.
6. Taxes and VAT
Prices may be shown exclusive or inclusive of tax depending on your location. As Merchant of Record, Paddle determines, collects and remits applicable sales tax, VAT or GST based on your billing location. Business customers can enter a valid VAT/tax ID at checkout; tax adjustments for registered businesses are handled by Paddle in accordance with its process and time limits.
7. Refund eligibility
Because the Service is a digital service made available immediately, paid fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except where required by law or in cases such as:
- a duplicate or erroneous charge;
- a demonstrable billing error on our side;
- a sustained, verified service outage that prevented you from using paid features for a significant part of the billing period;
- where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you a refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle.
8. EU/UK consumer withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a qualifying distance contract, subject to applicable law. Starting an API request or accepting these Terms does not by itself waive that right.
For service contracts, any loss of the withdrawal right following full performance requires the conditions set by applicable law, including any required prior express request or consent and acknowledgement. If you request early performance and withdraw before full performance, a proportionate charge is payable only where permitted by law and the required information and consent conditions have been met. Digital content supplied without a physical medium has separate rules; we do not automatically apply that exception to an ongoing API service.
To exercise withdrawal rights, contact [email protected] or use the Paddle receipt/customer portal or https://paddle.net. Paddle’s applicable Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms) and Refund Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy), including any additional applicable buyer protections, also apply. We do not assume that a waiver was captured at checkout; any reliance on one requires the relevant transaction evidence. Mandatory rights and any more favourable applicable refund entitlement prevail over the non-refund provisions of this Policy, including for consumed credits.
9. Statutory rights preserved
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any mandatory statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived by agreement under the law applicable to you.
10. Failed payments, dunning and suspension
If a renewal payment fails, Paddle may retry the charge and send payment reminders over a short period. If payment continues to fail, paid features may be downgraded or suspended; we do not immediately delete your account or data for a failed payment. You can update your payment method via the Paddle receipt to restore access.
11. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may lead to suspension of the account pending investigation, and repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in termination.
12. How to request a refund, disputes and contact
To request a refund or raise a billing question, email [email protected] with your account email and the Paddle receipt/order reference, or use the Paddle receipt link. Disputes are otherwise governed by the “Governing law and disputes” section of our Terms of Service. MAMMADOFF AGENCY LLC.

13. Prepaid balance (pay as you go)
On the pay-as-you-go plan you prepay for API credits. Top-ups are charged by Paddle to your saved payment method when you request them, or automatically when your balance falls below a threshold you have enabled. Credits do not expire.
Unused credits can be refunded on request within 14 days of the top-up that purchased them; credits already consumed by API requests are not refundable. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method and reduce your balance by the refunded amount. If a top-up is reversed by a chargeback, the corresponding credits are removed from your balance and the account may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
14. Current product rules
Usage is measured in credits, not necessarily one credit per HTTP request. Service-specific weights and limits are shown in the pricing/documentation. Free allowances use a rolling 24-hour window and unused free allowance does not accumulate; purchased credits are separate and do not expire. Cancelling or changing a monthly plan does not erase purchased credits. After the paid period, the applicable free/pay-as-you-go entitlement depends on the remaining account state. Automatic top-ups require your enabled setting; an unknown payment result is not automatically charged again.
